The 2012/13 ecbi Annual Report highlights our efforts over the past year to strengthen capacity and trust between North-South, and South-South positions in the emerging climate change regime. Highlights include the 2012 Bonn Seminar, 2012 Fellowship Colloquium and Oxford Seminar and the continued growth of the Finance Circle meetings and Policy Analysis Programme. The ecbi also welcomed a new member organization, the Legal Response Initiative (LRI), which provides free legal advice to poor developing countries and civil society observers in connection with the international climate negotiations.
